Havelian-Thakot motorway inaugurated

According to a new report, the Havelian-Thakot Motorway, which is a vital part of the CPEC, was inagurated by Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.

While inaugrating the motorway he stated that this project will cut down the travel time and would help connect the region with motorway network.

This in turn would start an all new era of public prosperity to the underdeveloped areas of Pakistan, PM added.

The PML-N  completed 550 kms of motorways earlier during its previous tenure, he noted. He further said that it was taking up work on 1700 kms of 6 lane international standard roads linking Gwadar to Khunjerab and Peshawar to Karachi now.

PM continued saying the the government has completed a number of other projects other than roads in the previous 5 years. These include infrastructure, electricity, natural gas, and projects.
