MoU has been signed between PCI and SECP to collaborate for CPEC

According to a latest news source, Pakistan China Institute (PCI) and Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to create awareness on the main investments made under the platform of CPEC.

Mr. Mustafa Hyder Sayed, the Director PCI said:

“There are many Chinese companies coming into Pakistan and they do not know the procedure of approaching the relevant institutions. With this collaboration, a one-window platform achieved to can be streamline the processes under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor”

By signing this MoU, both parties have agreed to create awareness and provide mutual cooperation on the main investment projects coming under CPEC.

SECP is the financial regulatory body striving to develop an efficient capital market and corporate sector to promote Pakistan’s economic growth. On the other hand, PCI is specifically working to strengthen Pakistan China relations with a core focus on CPEC.
