According to a latest report, the prospects of CPEC initiative are not limited to China and Pakistan only. The establishment of Gwadar Port had opened a route to link up the key players that include the Central Asian States, Afghanistan and Russia.
London Institute of South Asia UK and The Royal United Services Institute had jointly organized a conference. While speaking to the conference, Syed Ibn-e-Abbas Pakistan’s Commissioner to the United Kingdom has extended the invitation to Britain to be a part of mega CPEC project. He also spoke that the CPEC has provided a unique opportunity to unify the diverse civilizations of the mankind that comprises of Muslims, Europeans, Hindus and Russians.
Director LIS UK, Saeed Ismat highlighted the vast impact of CPEC and stated: “It’s a great convergence point. This can create cultural and political harmony”.
