CPEC to bring industrial revolution: Ahsan Iqbal

While speaking to party workers and youth delegations from Balochistan in Islamabad recently,  Ahsan Iqbal, Minister for Planning, Development and Reform, expressed bringing industrial revolution and turning Pakistan into trade hub are the objectives planned to be achieved under  CPEC project. Projects in energy, infrastructure and port development will extend a base to industrialization of Pakistan, he stated.

In addition, Mr. Iqbal also expressed that the connectivity being provided via road infrastructure and development projects across the province has ensured mainstreaming of Balochistan, which would lead to removing sense of deprivation of the people first time ever.

Gwadar will be enlisted as a hub of modern education in near future with completion of an international standard university, he hoped. The CPEC  presents an opportunity to the country to grab major share of the available employment that may help employ the jobless segment, he also expressed.
