Saad Rafique: Pakistan Railways will be linked to CPEC

Saad Rafique, Pakistan Railways Fedreal Minister, recently announced that Pakistan Railways is being linked with the China Pakistan Economic Corridor. Low-interest loan will be given to Pakistan railways, he noted.

Designs for national railway as well as Karachi circular railways are being prepared by a single company, he added. In addition, he stated that work is in progress for the restoration of Karachi circular railway.

Federal government as well as Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah are in consensus about the circular railways Karachi. Pakistan railways earned more income than its limit till June 30 this year, the minister stated.
